Important After-Hours Details

After-hours support is intended for urgent parts and service situations when seasonal emergency coverage is available.

A dispatch charge applies if a parts or service technician is required to travel to the shop to assist with an emergency request.

In-field emergency service work is billed at a premium labour rate plus dispatch fees.
