The best just got better

Brand new from the ground up, the 8200 series replaces 7100, 7150, 8100 and 8150 models. The new range retains the strength of those they replace, but comes with a new look and exciting new features to improve output and ease of use. 

  • The 8200 for feeding silage and bedding straw is available in two variants, either mounted (8200M) or trailed (8200T)
  • For precision straw processing see the 8250, also available either mounted (8250M) or trailed (8250T)
The brand new ‘SYNCHRO’ WiFi control system features in both variants to enable the operator to:
  • Pause / Resume the flow of material at the touch of a button
  • Adjust bale restraint position to optimise output with straw/silage
  • Simplify operation by electronically synchronising bed chain speed and bale restraint position via a single control
  • Loading setting, to prevent contact between the bale and the crossbeater on startup
BENEFITS AND FEATURES

Hardox chute

Manufactured using wear resistant steel the Hardox chute offers a longer service life.

Pause during processing

The Pause functionality can be used mid bale from the Synchro system. When paused, the bale is moved away from the cross beater and processing stops immediately.

Adjustable bale restraint

Variable position bale restraint (adjusted via WIFI control) ensures an even flow of material into the discharge fan. 

Automatic bale hood

Bale hood raises automatically when machine is being loaded

Bale retention beam

The swinging bale retention beam on the tailgate can be adjusted between one loading and six operating positions.

Improved bale containment

Higher sides and tailgate, as well as a longer bale hood contain large bales with ease.

Rear tailgate switch

Load bales without having to return to the tractor cab, ideal when removing netting or wrap.

Superior finish

Achieved through investment in the latest pre-paint preparation and double powder coat paint system. Nuts and bolts are either galvanised or stainless steel.

Stone trap

Stones and debris can quickly be removed from the drop down hatch at the rear of the machine.

Wider feed slide

An wider delivery slide improves delivery of material against a feed barrier.

Synchro System

Pre-programmed to suit high flow and lower flow applications like bedding for high flow and dispensing silage for lower flow.

Robust gear changer

High specification gear box with high/low fan speed gear pre-selection.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

8500 Side Discharge Chute

Deliver only to the right hand side, with slightly greater blow distance than the swivel chute. Discharge height is lower for easier access to buildings. Chute can be raised or lowered as required.

Tailgate Extension

Increase capacity and ease of loading, attaches easily to a standard tailgate.

HydroShield Dust Suppression

With its unique 5-point action, straw is sprayed with a high-pressure fine water mist reducing inhalable dust particles by 41%

Hydraulic Filter

In-line high pressure filter stops contamination from damaging the valve equipment.

Clevis Drawbar and Jack

Where no pick up hitch is available a clevis drawbar and jack is available for straight forward hitching and unhitching.
